No matter if you’re feeling minty or nutty, we’ve got the scoop on where you can find your favorite seasonal cookies. | Photo by LALtoday
Wake up and smell the flour (and sugar). Girl Scout Cookie season has arrived, and our regional Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee troops are slinging sweet treats around town.

One question: After the Thin Mints, Samoas, and Tagalongs are all gone, what will we eat? In that disastrous scenario, we’d love to see these Nashville-inspired cookie ideas come to life:
  • First up would be a Loveless Cafe biscuit cookie with a buttermilk shortbread base and blackberry preserve center.
  • When people think of Music City, they think of hot chicken — so naturally a spiced caramel cookie with just a touch of cayenne is an obvious choice.
  • And finally, we think a Crema Coffee espresso brownie cookie would be a fitting homage to Nashville’s coffee scene.
Any other ideas for localized Girl Scout Cookies? Let us know.
