That’s the number of line workers NES expected to have in the field by last night, up from fewer than 150 at the start of the storm, according to a press briefing from Metro officials yesterday.

And it’s not just crews coming in from across the state — line workers are arriving from Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, and Ohio to help speed restoration. Outages peaked at about 230,000 and were down to ~120,000 as of yesterday evening.
