If you haven’t heard, the sauna market is heating up.
According to a report from market research firm Technavio, the industry is projected to grow by $151 million between now and 2029, fueled by Americans seeking new ways to stay active + socialize. And yes, Nashville’s sauna scene is gaining steam, too.
Framework
This Finnish-inspired studio in Wedgewood-Houston offers saunas, cold plunge tubs, and even a cafe. Framework’s new Backyard studio in East Nashville brings the experience outdoors with a 190-degree traditional sauna for up to 12 people and cold tubs.
Holiday Salon & Bathhouse
Designed for private groups up to 10, this bathhouse features a Himalayan salt sauna, steam room, and a 104-degree saltwater soaking pool. For a more secluded experience, the Soak & Sauna room has a private infrared sauna and whirlpool tub.
Lolu
In East Nashville, Lolu’s 40-person sauna serves as the heart of its studio alongside cold tubs, guided classes, and a coffee shop.

Diskin Cider’s tasting room will close on Sunday, Oct. 26 as the cidery shifts to pop-ups ahead of a new location planned for 2026. It’s not yet clear where it will relocate, but cidery production will continue in Wedgewood-Houston during the transition. (Nashville Guru)

A new golf concept named Eagle and Ivy Golf Simulator is moving into the former Hi-Fi Clyde’s space on Church Street, per a Metro permit. Once it opens, guests can expect five simulators, a bar, and a restaurant. (Nashville Post)

Alligator Bar, a 600-sqft outdoor bar at Union Station Hotel, is now open beneath the Broadway Bridge and near the pickleball courts. Its name references the two alligator pools (yes, actual alligators) that existed at the track level in the early 1900s. (City Now Next)

Former hockey player and Preds fan favorite Jordin Tootoo will be at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday, Nov. 22 to host a screening of his new documentary, “Tootoo,” ahead of the Preds vs. Avalanche game. Tickets are $25 and include popcorn, soda, and a train whistle.

Chris Young will debut songs from his new album, “I Didn’t Come Here to Leave,” at a free concert in Losers’ parking lot tomorrow, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. The 21+ event will also feature special guests Adrien Nunez, Caylee Hammack, and Aniston Pate.
