PokéNash is taking over the former Red Perch spot at Sylvan Supply. The biz, which has locations downtown and in Hendersonville, will celebrate its grand opening with special deals from Thursday, June 26 to Saturday, June 28.

Otaku Ramen’s West Nashville location has closed, though owner Sarah Gavigan confirmed the Gulch and Franklin spots will remain open. On the east side, cannabis restaurant Buds & Brews has ceased operations in Five Points. (Nashville Business Journal)
Development
Vanderbilt’s $500 million Jim Ayers Tower is on track to open this fall and marks the medical center’s largest expansion yet. The 15-story addition will add 470,000 sqft and 180 new patient rooms to the hospital’s campus. (Nashville Business Journal)
Arts
Third Coast Comedy Club plans to leave its Marathon Village home later this year and is eyeing the former Eastland Funeral Home site for its next act. The co-owners plan to launch a fundraising campaign soon to help with renovations. (Nashville Post)
Concert
Maroon 5 announced a Sunday, Nov. 2 show at Bridgestone Arena in support of their new album, “Love is Like.” Tickets go on sale Friday, June 27 at 10 a.m.

Reese Witherspoon and Harlan Coben will take the stage at Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Wednesday, Oct. 29 to discuss their new thriller, “Gone Before Goodbye,” two weeks after its release. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 27 and include a copy of the book.

M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers is set to open in Inglewood on Monday, July 14. The Gallatin Pike spot will have more seating than any other location and three exterior murals conceptualized by Jeff Stamper and Bryan Deese — including this one on the covered patio featuring larger-than-life animals.
The restaurant is housed in a 12,500-sqft structure that will also soon welcome Crieve Hall Bagel Co. and Nick the Greek.
