Crazy Gnome Brewery is in the process of moving its East Nashville taproom to 1005 W. Kirkland Ave. The grand opening party is set for Saturday, May 3 with live music, lawn games, and pizza, but you can get an early look (and $1 off full pours) on Saturday, April 26.

It’s a Tennessee showdown. Nashville SC will host Chattanooga Red Wolves SC in the 2025 US Open Cup Round of 32 at GEODIS Park. The night match on Tuesday, May 6 marks the first-ever meeting between the two clubs. Tickets are on sale now.

Plans advance for a new Hadley Park Library after Metro Council approved a $2.1 million land purchase. The 20,000-sqft facility, funded in part by Mayor O’Connell’s latest capital spending plan, will replace the current building. (The Tennessean)

Metro Council approved rezoning for 2908 12th Ave. S. to allow a new two-story structure. The building home to White’s Mercantile, which currently occupies the site, faces demolition under the redevelopment plan. (Nashville Post)
