Germantown’s Neuhoff District, a mixed-use development built on the site of an early-1900s meatpacking plant, has been evolving over the past few years. Blocks 1-4 introduced office space, residences, and retail, but the transformation isn’t finished.
What’s next
New renderings reveal what’s in store for the development’s second phase, which will involve renovating the bow truss building into retail space. The project site, named Block 5, also calls for a seven-story office building and a six-story residential structure. Both additions will feature street-level retail and be surrounded by green space and an outdoor plaza.

Music City Rodeo, Nashville’s inaugural Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association event, will take over Bridgestone Arena Thursday, May 29 through Saturday, May 31.
What to expect
Each day will feature family-friendly activities + bull riding, barrel racing, and team roping with over $200,000 in prize money on the line. The competition leads into a concert each night: McEntire on Thursday, Jelly Roll on Friday, and McGraw on Saturday.
