Green is Nashville Yards’ color

New renderings show how green space will be utilized at Nashville Yards

A top-down rendering four sections of trees, a tiered grassy amphitheater space, and lots of sets of circular tables and chairs.
Here’s the birds-eye-view, now let’s zoom in on the project. | Rendering by Gresham Smith + Southwest Value Partners via Metro
Concept plans show more than a colorful hangout slated for the in-progress Nashville Yards project.

The development’s 1.3-acre west side pedestrian park, to be known as Ascension Saint Thomas Landing, highlights multiple designated activity areas spanning from Broadway to Church Street. Of note is an amphitheater, dog walking area, garden ramp, pickleball courts, and courtyard with ample seating.

That’s not all — Union Station’s track level will have updates of its own, including a new flexible event space, bar, stage, and terrace. Plans go before Metro on Thursday, July 25.
