Cledis Burgers & Beer Garden owner Shane Nasby is opening a second location this fall. The new Bellevue outpost (7648 Hwy. 70 S.) will offer an extended food and beverage menu and an interior inspired by 80s and 90s pop culture. Cledis opened on Elm Hill Pike in 2022.
Development
A two-building mixed-use development could take shape on James Robertson Parkway. The project will incorporate 260+ residences, a 185-room Moxy hotel, a parking garage, and over 17,000 sqft of retail, according to plans submitted to Metro. (Nashville Post)

Belmont’s Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business is expanding on Music Row thanks to a $58 million gift from its namesake. Renovation work is underway, and later, the college plans to break ground on a new 75,000-sqft building with an event venue, coffee shop, and more.
Announced
Elvis has entered the building Ryman Auditorium. The venue unveiled a temporary exhibit commemorating 70 years since Presley’s first and only Grand Ole Opry appearance. Snag a daytime tour ticket to see suits worn by the King of Rock and Roll and other artifacts. (The Tennessean)

Aerosmith’s “Peace Out” farewell tour with The Black Crowes has a new Nashville date: Sunday, Oct. 20 at Bridgestone Arena. If you don’t want to miss a thing, remaining tickets go on sale tomorrow, April 12.
Plan Ahead
Say yes to the musical. The creative team behind “Say Yes to the Dress” will premiere a new musical comedy inspired by the hit TV series. The show opens on Friday, April 26 at Dream Nashville’s Dirty Little Secret. Tickets are on sale.

Celebrate spring’s gift of blooming pink blossoms at the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival. The annual Japanese cultural festival takes over downtown’s Public Square Park on Saturday, April 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In addition to music and dance performances, cultural and martial arts demonstrations, a marketplace, and children’s activities, make note of the following events:
Cherry Blossom Walk | The 2.5-mile course begins and ends at Public Square Park; arrive by 9:30 a.m.
Pups in Pink Parade | The parade departs the Proverbs 12:10 tent at 9:30 a.m. prior to the best-dressed contest at the Union Street Stage.
