We asked, you answered, we’re delivering. As part of what you want to see more of in 2024, sharing events in advance was heard loud and clear. There are tons of happenings in February, so here’s a look at a few of our picks:

The developer behind Elliston Place Soda Shop has plans to open a new version of The Gold Rush, a local staple that operated for ~45 years before closing in 2019. Few details are available as of now, but the new venture is slated to operate at the forthcoming mixed-use Rock Block Flats project. (WKRN)
Closing
Emery Wood Fired, known for its elevated and contemporary American dishes, will close its doors after serving the 12 South neighborhood for ~two years. Book a reservation before the last day of service on Sunday, Feb. 18.
Biz
Flea Style is bringing a little bit of Texas to Tennessee — hey, FTWtoday. The custom hat bar and boutique concept tapped Nashville, specifically the 12 South area, for its second out of state store. Stay tuned for an official opening date and location.
Sports
Nashville SC just gave you 10 more things to look forward to this year. The team released this season’s theme nights with a slew of don’t-miss matches like Greener Goals (April 27), Kick Childhood Cancer (Aug. 24), and Fan Appreciation Night (Sept. 21).
Fun Fact
The Nashville Zoo is preparing to release 27 Eastern hellbenders into Tennessee waterways this spring. The salamanders are outfitted with radio transmitters to track them as they grow the state-endangered species’ wild population.
