If you want to connect with community

Take classes at the donation-based yoga studio ($10 suggested minimum) or out in the community at libraries, parks, and breweries. Bonus: Every year, hundreds of people gather for Small World Yoga’s International Day of Yoga event on June 21.

The lounge has two studios and offers a mix of gentle flow, power flow, cardio dance, aerial yoga, and workshops. Bonus: Yoga Muttz partners with local animal shelters and rescues, so check the calendar for special classes.

Skill level, environment, and focus varies by class. For example, Freedom Flow classes are open to all skill levels and focused on breath-initiated movement — expect a heated room and music playing.
