The 112,000-sqft project, which could come with a $25 million price tag if it materializes, calls for 55 short-term rental units, a restaurant, rooftop bar, and event space. Perhaps the most notable feature is the rooftop’s “small soccer field,” as outlined in documents. Muhktar Soccer Academy, which leases the existing building on the property, would utilize the field.
As for next steps, a rezoning plan will go before the Metro Planning Commission on May 23.
