Crane you believe it? Developers officially broke ground on the expansion of Cool Springs’ McEwen Northside . The $125 million investment for “Block E” will take up 300,000 sqft of the 45-acre property.
Here it grows
Plans detail a nine-story building catering to office space with specialty retail and dining tenants occupying the ground level. A multi-level parking garage connected to the building via a covered walkway will offer 900 parking spaces.
The new block has already welcomed one of its anchor tenants, Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), a supply chain company specializing in designing and building material handling solutions for warehouse operations. DCS leased 46,000 sqft for its corporate headquarters, which includes a technology-enabled showroom.
The new addition is expected to be finished by spring 2025 and will bring the development to 80% completion.
What you can experience now
In the past few months alone, McEwen has substantially grown its existing offerings. Pre-leasing has begun for Phase 2 of the on-site residential apartments , which added over 400 more homes to the complex + new amenities, including another resort-style pool and a concierge service.
