Bridgestone Arena is once again hosting the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament, with the first tip-off scheduled for 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. Games will be played through Sunday, March 15.
Cheer for the home team — No. 4 seed Vanderbilt earned a double-bye and will open SEC Tournament play on Friday, March 13.
If you’re going to Party in the Park…
The free fan activation takes over Walk of Fame Park on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 starting at 10 a.m. each day. Expect food trucks, family-friendly activities, and viewing parties.

Tennessee plans to roll out a network of 95 weather stations — one in each county — to track conditions in near real time. Known as a “mesonet,” the stations will be placed in open areas to ensure accurate readings and help officials better prepare for ice storms, flooding, and tornadoes. (The Tennessean)
