Middleman, a whiskey-focused cocktail bar from Boka Restaurant Group, is set to open this spring in Wedgewood-Houston. The concept will serve Tennessee whiskey brands alongside international pours and cocktails made with “distinctly Southern elements,” such as dry rub and pickled vegetables.
Mansion Monday
