Later this year, Starbucks plans to establish a corporate operations office in Nashville, marking a new regional presence for the Fortune 500 coffee chain. Construction has begun on Renaissance on Jefferson, a mixed-use project in North Nashville that will deliver 66 apartments — 40% priced as affordable housing — plus retail and office space.
