Development
The Mall at Green Hills is set for a major exterior refresh, with plans for two-story entrances, updated storefront spaces, and new landscaping. “Interior finishes and architectural enhancements” are also planned + construction is expected to begin sometime this year.
Civic
NDOT launched countywide vegetation debris pickup following last week’s winter storm. Crews will be conducting multiple collection cycles over the next two to three weeks, and there’s no size limit on piles — just place all vegetation at the curb without blocking sidewalks, drains, or streets.

High schoolers in Metro Nashville Public Schools will start classes 20 minutes later beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, meaning the new schedule will be 7:25 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. Elementary schedules will move 10 minutes later, shifting to 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. school days. (WSMV)
