News Notes

Announced

The Parthenon will be closed from March 1 through an anticipated June 28 for scheduled maintenance. Until then, check the calendar for current art exhibitions, Kidsville activities, and an ECHO Chamber Music Series performance.

Closed

Tutti Da Gio has closed its original location in Hermitage, with owner Giovanna Orsino citing operational challenges. The restaurant’s Hendersonville location remains open and is about a 30-minute drive from Hermitage.

Coming Soon

NY Pie is planning a spring opening in Capitol View in the former Big Shake’s space. If you want to try it in the meantime, the pizzeria operates in West Nashville, Franklin, and Hendersonville. (Nashville Post)

Nashville Symphony Music Director Laureate Giancarlo Guerrero made a surprise appearance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show as Bad Bunny’s conductor. He’ll be back in Music City this spring to lead the symphony April 9-10.

Hanna Bee Coffee is moving. The East Nashville shop will close after business on Sunday, Feb. 22, and the owners say a new location announcement is coming soon.

Lainey Wilson is set to perform at the 21st annual Symphony Fashion Show on Tuesday, April 28. The Nashville Symphony’s annual spring fundraiser will also include a runway show featuring styles from Oscar de la Renta’s fall 2026 collection. Stay tuned for ticket sales in March.
