Through ONE Community, powered by the Titans Foundation, they are creating lasting change across our cities’ most underrepresented communities by focusing on three key areas:
📈 Opportunity
Building long-term economic mobility starts with meaningful jobs, professional training, and small-business support in neighborhoods that need them most.
That’s the driving force behind the Titan’s 1st & Goal Small Business Support Program — a $3 million fund established to help local entrepreneurs and small biz owners access the capital they need to grow through grants and loans.
🏡 Neighborhoods
When Nashville’s neighborhoods succeed, so does the city. The Titans are investing in the safety + success of our communities through volunteer service, capital investments, and neighborhood programs.
That includes the Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund, a $5 million initiative supporting the development of affordable and workforce housing, and the Victory Over Stigma Mental Health Initiative, offering free counseling to residents in underserved areas.
📚 Education
It’s hard to overstate the value of education, and ONE Community is opening more doors for students across the region through programs like The Tennessee State University Community Partnership.
This longtime partnership provides scholarships, internships, and career opportunities for students in TSU’s Department of Human Performance and Sports Sciences, building pathways from the classroom to the careers of tomorrow.
