Wedgewood-Houston is next in line for a major concert venue.

Live Nation unveiled plans for The Truth, a 4,400-capacity indoor music hall set to open in fall 2026 — adding to Nashville’s growing list of live music spots. The name nods to songwriter Harlan Howard’s famous line that all you need to write a country song are “three chords and the truth.”

Nashville International Airport is preparing for its next major expansion. The announcement — shared in a video featuring Trace Adkins — revealed plans for a second terminal on the south side of the property, marking the next step beyond the current New Horizon plan. The four-phase project will rise on 309 acres next to the existing terminal and feature five concourses.

“This adjacent location allows us to plan entirely from the ground up without disrupting current traffic patterns or passenger flow,” said Doug Kreulen, president and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.
