Just announced: Nashville will welcome thousands of athletes from all 50 states when it hosts the 2034 Special Olympics USA Games.
Held every four years, the eight-day event will feature 15+ sports, draw 4,000+ athletes and coaches, and welcome more than 125,000 spectators with an estimated $100 million impact on the local economy.
What’s next
Yesterday, the bid committee and Special Olympics North America announced the selection and signed a letter of agreement, with a final Games Agreement still to come to make Nashville’s host status official.
It will be the first time the Games are held in Nashville — and the earliest a host city has ever been announced — giving the 615 nearly a decade to prepare.

Using hidden cameras, the BBC caught workers at a scam call center laughing at the people they were tricking.
The disturbing truth? Scammers don’t pick phone numbers at random. They buy your data from brokers.
Once your data is out there, it’s not just calls. It’s phishing, impersonation, and identity theft.
That’s why Incogni stands out. The data removal service deletes your personal info from the web, then continuously monitors and removes new data as fresh threats emerge.
