Prepare to Anchor Down

Pat McAfee, Nick Saban, and the rest of the “College GameDay” crew will be at Vanderbilt University this Saturday, Oct. 25 ahead of the game against the No. 15 Missouri Tigers. It’s the first time the ESPN program has come to town since 2008, so expect a big turnout.

Event details
The live broadcast will air from 8 to 11 a.m. on Wyatt Lawn. Keep tabs on the “College GameDay” website for when the pit opens — entry is first come, first served, and you’ll need a wristband to get in. Vanderbilt will offer free shuttles from the athletic facilities.

What to bring
Fans are encouraged to wear team colors and make creative signs — just be sure to follow the rules. Consider bringing a jacket, as the forecast predicts temps in the low 50s.

Make a day of it
At time of publication, the cheapest resale ticket for the game is $250. If you’re not attending, head to a sports bar (we recommend calling ahead for game availability) or tune in at 2:30 p.m. via ESPN.
