We’re halfway through Sober October, and tracking down a good zero-proof option can still feel like a shot in the dark — until now. Use this guide to find 25+ local spots serving non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, and wine.

Night out on the town

Coral Club
You’re not on the beach, but you’ll feel like you are when you escape to this East Nashville bar and open-air rooftop. Editor’s pick: The Neo-Tropical made with Giffard N/A aperitivo, pineapple, ginger, and lime soda.

Redemption Bar
The drinks at Ashley McBryde’s new non-alcoholic bar inside Chief’s are as fun to order as they are to sip, featuring names like “Martini McBryde” and “Ain’t Enough Cowboy Songs.”

Hotel hangs

Harriet’s Rooftop
Travel 19 floors up for downtown views and mocktail versions of margaritas and mojitos, as well as zero-proof wine bottles.

Waymore’s Guest House
Visit the rooftop bar, Tall Tales, to sip on the spiced pomegranate and elderflower spritz. As for snacks, order loaded truffle chips and sliders for the table.

Final boarding call for Nashville’s most nostalgic floor.

As BNA begins demolishing and rebuilding Concourse A, it’s saying goodbye to the airport’s beloved carpet and offering travelers one last souvenir. Starting today, you can snag a BNA Carpet doormat on BNAShop.com (the airport hinted they’ll go live around 12 p.m.). You may even want to set a reminder, as this final run is expected to take off quickly.

The Wrap

It just hit me how packed this weekend is for sports fans. Nashville SC plays its final regular season match before the MLS playoffs, Vanderbilt football and volleyball host LSU, TSU celebrates homecoming at Nissan Stadium, and the Titans are back home.

Plus, it is the third Saturday in October, so I’m sure plenty of sports bars will be playing the Tennessee vs. Alabama game.
