Oracle unveiled new renderings of its future Nashville headquarters on the East Bank. The images show green space, buildings surrounded by water, and a pedestrian bridge connecting Germantown to the new development.
The company hasn’t set a groundbreaking date, but Oracle officials said they will continue to work with Metro and other partners on the design and permitting. When complete, the development is expected to position Nashville as “a hub of AI innovation,” according to Don Watson, Oracle’s senior vice president of global real estate and facilities.

New leadership: Oracle recently named two co-CEOs, Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia, one of whom recently relocated to Music City.
TikTok connection: Oracle is part of the investor group expected to take over TikTok’s US operations, overseeing the app’s security and algorithm.
Local jobs: While the headquarters isn’t expected to open until 2030 or later, Oracle continues to hire locally as it builds its Nashville presence.
