The Belle Meade-area estate once known as Rayna James’ home on the TV series “Nashville” is in the spotlight again — and not just because the show recently landed on Netflix.
The house is back on the market — this time for $24.5 million — and it has also been staged as FLOWER magazine’s 2025 designer showhouse. As part of the transformation, 23 interior designers and 10 floral artists put their stamp on the spaces with fresh designs and flower arrangements.
Be among the first to tour the property at the opening day event on Thursday, Oct. 9 or visit on select dates through Sunday, Oct. 26. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek into the rooms.
The firm behind the forthcoming Hoxton hotel in Pie Town filed plans for a new restaurant building across the street on Ewing Avenue. If approved, the existing structure would be demolished to make way for a ~9,000-sqft space, though it’s not yet clear what restaurant might move in. (City Now Next)

BNA just became the first airport in Tennessee to launch GoodMaps, an indoor navigation app designed to improve accessibility for all travelers. The free app offers turn-by-turn audio and visual directions through the gates, restaurants, parking garages, and amenities.

TriStar Skyline Medical Center broke ground on a $21.4 million freestanding ER in East Nashville. The hospital’s satellite facility on Dickerson Pike will offer 24/7 emergency care with 12 treatment rooms once complete. (Davidson County Source)
