The Ohio State Buckeyes and Virginia Cavaliers men’s basketball teams will face off at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday, Feb. 14 in the inaugural Nashville Hoops Showdown. The game is part of Intersport’s growing slate of neutral-site showcases in destination cities. Tickets go on sale Dec. 10.

There’s always a Nashville connection. Jen Pawol, who was in town umpiring a Nashville Sounds game when she got the call, will become the first woman to umpire a regular-season MLB game this weekend.
