Whether you’re in it for the funnel cakes and lemonade or you find yourself dizzy from the carnival ride drops, we’ve got good news: Nashville’s fair season is around the corner.
Limited on-site parking is $10 and located on Wedgewood Avenue + Craighead Street.
Gate admission ranges from $8 to $10. Individual ride tickets can be purchased for $1.50 (rides use more than one ticket), or you can upgrade to a wristband.
Pro tip: Children ages 5 and under get in free at all three fairs.

Gaylord Opryland revealed this year’s ICE! theme. Beginning Friday, Nov. 7, sculptures made from two million pounds of ice will represent scenes from “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” The resort also announced a new holiday cirque show opening Tuesday, Nov. 25.

Highwoods Properties shared new plans for its 145-acre Ovation development in Franklin, now featuring 15+ buildings with over 1,500 residential units and townhomes, 1.65 million sqft of commercial space, 350 hotel rooms, and a wetland park. (Nashville Business Journal)

Alla Vita, an Italian restaurant by Michelin-starred Boka Restaurant Group, is coming to Wedgewood-Houston next spring. Like the Chicago location, it will serve pasta, pizza, and dishes like cacio e pepe ricotta dumplings at Wedgewood Village. (Nashville Scene)

In other WeHo news, Elegy Coffee is ready to open its doors on Hagan Street. The cafe, located in the former Dozen Bakery space, plans to offer a limited menu during this weekend’s soft opening — check out the hours.
