You’ve heard of yoga in the park — now try it on the ice. On Wednesday, July 23, head to Bridgestone Arena at 5:30 p.m. for a 60-minute, all-levels flow hosted by E+ROSE and the Nashville Predators. The class will incorporate breathwork, strength-building poses, and deep stretches.
Admission is $55 and includes a ticket to a select October or November Preds game, E+ROSE perks, free parking, and a chance to say you’ve done yoga in the middle of Smashville.
