With the summer harvest in full swing, now’s the ripe time to revisit what’s fresh and where to find it. Right now, markets are stocked with everything from tomatoes, peaches, and watermelon to okra, corn, and peppers.

Metro Council voted to expand downtown’s Central Business Improvement District to include the Gulch starting in 2027. The zone collects a special levy from property owners to fund services like street cleaning and landscaping. (Nashville Post)

Cliff’s Lounge & Oyster Bar opens next month inside Deacon’s New South. The new concept from A. Marshall Hospitality will have oysters, happy hour specials, and a beverage menu featuring cocktails + spirit-free options.
