Have a park idea you’ve been holding onto? It’s time to share it as Metro Parks refreshes Plan to Play, the city’s master plan for parks and greenways.

Last updated in 2017, the new version will help identify and prioritize Nashville’s park and greenway needs for the next five years. Although Metro isn’t starting from scratch, input is needed on which priorities from 2017 still hold up and what new opportunities should be explored.

Share your thoughts at five public meetings in June or by filling out the online survey through Monday, June 30. There’s also an interactive map where you can add your ideas. So far, residents have asked for more greenway connections, new soccer fields, and a downtown playground.

To get a sense of what’s already underway, check out the 2017 plan.
