Five Iron Golf, 905 20th Ave. S. | Summer 2025
This tech-driven entertainment chain is bringing 11 simulators, augmented reality darts, and a full-service bar and restaurant to a 14,500-sqft space at Aertson Midtown.

Intown Golf Club, 2212 12th Ave. S. | Summer 2025
Set to open at Ashwood 12 South, the Atlanta-based private golf and social club boasts simulator bays with TrackMan technology, lounge areas, and a restaurant.

The Putting Zone, 3040 Sidco Dr. | Late 2025
This 29,000-sqft indoor putting complex south of downtown will feature an 18-hole, par 72 course replicating real greens, plus league play and a pro shop.

PopStroke, 4221 Century Farms Terrace | Early 2026
The 5.4-acre all-seasons facility backed by Tiger Woods will have an outdoor mini-golf course, two 18-hole indoor courses, a restaurant, and a playground.

After sitting vacant for years, the former Tin Angel building on West End Avenue is slated for a new restaurant. A permit lists the incoming concept as Kuya, though no other details are available. (Nashville Post)

Eat

Sean Brock is no longer at the helm of Audrey, the Appalachian-inspired restaurant he opened in 2021. Southall Farm & Inn now operates the East Nashville space, with Sam Jett stepping in as executive chef. Brock will remain connected to the restaurant through occasional private dinners. (Nashville Business Journal)

Plan Ahead

Lions, tigers, and bears — oh my. The Factory at Franklin’s Carousel of Dreams opens on Saturday, May 31. Rides begin at 10 a.m., followed by face painting, balloon art, and character visits from 1 to 4 p.m. Ken Means, the artist who crafted the carousel animals, already took it for a spin.

Alan Jackson confirmed he’s retiring from touring, but he plans to take the stage for a “big finale” next summer in Nashville. Although details haven’t been announced, he said it feels fitting to end his touring career where it all started. (PEOPLE)
