Open until 2 a.m. nightly, the menu developed by chef Jeff Roscoe features plates such as fried truffle mac and cheese sticks with vodka sauce and a shaved ribeye sandwich with whiskey au jus.
Urban Cowboy Bar, The Arcade
As the bar notes on its website, “Come for the drinks, stay for Roberta’s Pizza.” The pizzeria serves up salad, pepperoni rolls, and specialty pies (whole pizzas and slices) until 11 p.m. or later.

The Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum is staying put. The attraction renewed its lease to remain at the Historic Nashville Municipal Auditorium until 2045. The 20-year agreement means the museum will continue preserving music history, but there will be changes, like an expected expansion to the GRAMMY Museum Gallery.
Development
Permits have been issued to allow construction on the first tower of a mixed-use Midtown development dubbed The Motley. The three-tower complex will be located at the corner of Church Street + 15th Avenue North and will add nearly 1,200 housing units upon completion, which is anticipated in 2027. (Nashville Post)
Civic
Metro Council announced its housing division will receive $150 million to support the development of affordable housing at its meeting last week. The investment is part of an effort with developers to accelerate the construction of 6,000 new affordable homes in Nashville. (WSMV)
Coming Soon
Raising Cane’s continues to raise the roof in Nashville. The chicken restaurant is planning to open another two-story location in the city, this time at 1819 Broadway. The Midtown location will offer interior + exterior dining, but its opening date has not been announced. (Nashville Business Journal)
Real Estate
Nashville remains a hot housing market, and the median home price in Davidson County has risen to roughly $500,000. If you’re looking for a more-affordable house in the county, local real estate expert Eva Angelina Romero recommends Madison, Gallatin + Goodlettsville to find homes under $400,000. (WKRN)

Billy Idol, Dierks Bentley, and Kesha. Those are three artists who have Nashville shows planned and are participating in Live Nation’s $30 Ticket to Summer deal. The all-in tickets go on sale starting Wednesday, May 21, and the price includes all fees (but not taxes).

When local singer Sam Hayes’ guitar got damaged while flying, the story caught the attention of country singer Chris Young and pulled on his heart strings. Young knew the importance of a good guitar, so he reached out to the local performer and bought him a new Gibson. (WSMV)
