Close Company — a new bar from the team behind award-winning cocktail bar brand Death & Co — is set to open its doors this May in Germantown’s new mixed-use Neuhoff District, neighboring Michelin-acclaimed Fishmonger.
Close Company will serve up the same award-winning service and cocktail expertise as its sister brand (the NYC, LA, Denver, and DC-based Death & Cos are consistently named some of the top bars in the world), but with more of a casual, neighborhood-watering-hole vibe to fit in with Nashville. The bar will serve up fresh takes on classic bevvies, cocktails, and fun bar snacks.
And this Music City debut is more than just an opening — it’s Death & Co’s expansion in action (and your opportunity in).
The hospitality powerhouse is expanding even further in 2025, and you’re invited to invest at a limited-time share price.
Why invest? This year alone, they’ll open at least six other new venues, joining the projected $11 billion global cocktail bar market:
- Atlanta: Secured funds for an Atlanta-based Close Company, slated to open in 2025
- Municipal Grand Savannah: The first of many planned boutique hotels, created in partnership with Midnight Auteur, will open in downtown Savannah, ft. three food + bev outlets and a rooftop
- Las Vegas: Close Company Las Vegas to open inside the Venetian Casino
- Seattle: $1.85 million project budget secured for a Seattle-based Death & Co bar, coming this fall
- Melbourne, Australia: First international Death & Co property brought to life in partnership with Australia Venue Company
- Brisbane, Australia: Second international Death & Co property slated for capital of Queensland (city population of 4 million+)
Pro tip: Follow Close Company on Instagram ahead of the May opening, and grab your unique chance to invest in Death & Co at their current share price of $1.81 before it changes. Invest by Thursday, May 15.†‡ |
