Our hearts ache with the rest of the Nashville community following the shooting at Antioch High School yesterday. Portland Brew announced it will close its doors at 1921 Eastland Ave. in six weeks. The news comes after the coffee shop shuttered its 12 South location at the end of the summer, where it served the neighborhood for more than 20 years.
Open
Brooklyn-based wine bar Sauced is officially open in Germantown tonight from “5 p.m. until late,” according to its Instagram stories. Situated between Monell’s and The Cupcake Collection, the spot spins vinyl by candlelight and will offer food by SS Gai on opening night.

In other opening news, “modern Mexican” restaurant Lona is now operating inside downtown hotel Noelle. Chefs Richard Sandoval and Pablo Salas collaborated on the concept, which will also soon offer lunch and weekend brunch. For now, see what’s on the dinner menu and make a reservation.

Peabody Union’s 27-story residential tower, Olive at Peabody Union, will begin pre-leasing next month with first move-ins expected in April. Amenities include a sky lounge, pool, and wellness center.
