It’s a new year, and that means new developments are wrapping up construction around Music City.

Rock Nashville
The 55-acre entertainment rehearsal and production campus in Whites Creek broke ground last spring with plans for 13 band and production studios, a full-sized stadium rehearsal facility, amphitheater, and cafe. A fall 2025 opening is expected.

The Arcade
Originally built in 1902, The Arcade is set to debut the results of a two-year renovation. Expect additions like Roze Pony, Roberta’s, Faherty, KOKOS Ice Cream, Savannah Bee Company, Mimi & Dottie, Urban Cowboy, Dee’s Country Cocktail Lounge, and Beignets & Brew.

Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch
Beyond overnight accommodations, satisfy your pizza cravings at Five Points Pizza’s slice window, grab a coffee at 8th & Roast, enjoy food and Yazoo beer from the all-day tap house, or unwind at rooftop bar and restaurant COA. The 181-room hotel is accepting reservations for April 24 and beyond.

Announced

The Tennessee Titans fired general manager Ran Carthon yesterday after two seasons with a combined 9-25 record. President of football operations Chad Brinker will lead the search for a new general manager, and Brian Callahan will continue as the head coach.

Real Estate

Tulip Springs, a new community in Hermitage by Nashville-based developer Vastland Company, is making progress with the completion of its first building. Five townhomes are for sale starting in the high $300,000s. The project will feature 58 townhomes across 11 buildings once finished.

Travel
British Airways is adding a second daily nonstop flight between Nashville and London on select days this summer. From Aug. 6 to Sept. 10, the airline will operate additional service on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. (Nashville Business Journal)
