We didn’t know it could get any better than the Recession Special, but Robert’s Western World said, “Hold my beer.” The Broadway honky tonk is planning an additional floor, restaurant, and private terrace at its current location. The rooftop is expected to house back-of-house operations, opposed to an additional bar. (Nashville Post)

Development

Brentwood-based developer Richland South is proposing a 22-acre neighborhood in South Nashville at 1456 Bell Rd. Forest View is set to include six residential structures with 360 units, two commercial buildings with retail, restaurant, and office space + a 6,000-sqft convenience store and gas station.
