Your table could look like this. | Photo via The Henry
From morning coffee to a nightcap and everything in between, The Henry is sure to have it when the two-story eatery opens at 12 South Collection (2803 12th Ave. S.) tomorrow, Sept. 25.
The restaurant by 11-time James Beard-nominated restaurateur Sam Fox and Fox Restaurant Concepts is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner — and we’re sharing a first look at the new spot.
Inside the space
Look for the burgundy exterior off 12th Avenue South leading to a first-floor coffee counter and bourbon bar. Take the stairs or elevator to the main dining room, where no detail was missed, from the warm wood accents to the leather banquettes, lounge areas, and outdoor patio overlooking 12 South.
A meal for any time of day
Start your meal with appetizers, sushi rolls, or a salad, followed by a variety of mains and dessert to finish. Here are our dinner picks:
Starter | Spicy tuna and crispy rice
Mains | Sea scallops atop parsnip crème fraîche + filet mignon with horseradish au gratin, roasted Brussels sprouts, wild mushroom, cipollini onion, and burgundy sauce
Dessert | Molten butter cake topped with pretzel toffee, vanilla gelato, and warm caramel poured tableside
The Henry will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Weekend brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As we know with new Nashville restaurants, space fills up quickly. Reserve a table in the main dining room or on the covered patio.

Hey y’all, it’s your NASHtoday team here, glowing like the lights of Broadway after a blissful visit to the downtown luxury spa R+R Wellness.
What we tried
We spent a stress-melting few hours soaking in the sauna, relaxing poolside on the roof, and — the pièce de résistance — enjoying every second of the restorative + rejuvenating Glo2Facial.
How it works
This clinical facial treatment uses customizable serums and cutting-edge oxygenation tech to naturally increase your body’s oxygen levels and promote a bubbly, nutrient-rich environment on the skin’s surface (while exfoliating away dirt and debris).
Once applied, the LUX, or Lite Ultrasound Experience, helps promote deeper nutrient absorption and lymphatic drainage that naturally detoxifies the skin from within, leading to a long-lasting, oh-so-glowy look and feel.
What we’re still talking about
The entire experience was remarkably seamless. From dedicated valet parking to a private VIP suite, the attention to detail + relaxing atmosphere elevated every moment of our visit.
Nashville’s Early College High School was named a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School alongside five others in Tennessee. It earned recognition as one of the state’s highest performing schools, as “measured by state assessments or national normed tests.”
