Villa Castrioti, 300 Commerce St. | Opening by the end of August
The West Tennessee-based Italian restaurant has taken over the former Demos’ space downtown. While specific menu details are still under wraps, expect traditional dishes, housemade meatballs, salads, and pizza.
Halls Catch, 1600 West End Ave. | Opening fall 2024
The team behind Midtown’s Halls Chophouse is nearing the launch of their seafood concept this fall, offering whole fish entrees, rare caviars, sushi, and more.

Party Fowl closed its Cool Springs location after four years in business. The other restaurants in downtown, Donelson, Murfreesboro, and Nashville International Airport remain open.

Local educators are invited to apply for Tanger Outlets Nashville’s 2024 TangerKids Grants Program. Teachers and staff at public and private schools have until Oct. 18 to submit applications. Local shoppers will help choose grant recipients beginning Dec. 2.
