Construction is underway on the future Nissan Stadium, but on the other side of the river in Germantown, a new fan experience offers a sneak peek of what’s to come in 2027.

Titans House, located at the 601 Taylor Place building, is packed with technology that puts you in the stadium. It’s set to open by the end of May, but don’t head out the door just yet — fans will need an appointment to get in this summer.

What’s inside

In a way, walking into Titans House is like stepping inside a super fan’s home — there are places to lounge, Titans-themed decor, and multiple rooms dedicated to bringing the gameday experience to life. Here are a few features to look forward to:
  • A 6-ft by 8-ft scale model of the new stadium with a look at entrances, club seats, outdoor patios, and other features
  • A model suite equipped with immersive technology to show ticket holders what views will look like from anywhere in the stadium, whether it’s in a suite or reserved seats
  • Rooms where seat selections will be made

How it works

According to the team, current PSL (personal seat license) holders and waitlist members will be contacted between now and 2026 to book appointments at Titans House.

Sales for new tickets will take place in “three waves,” beginning with premier seat memberships this year and continuing into 2025 with two waves of reserved seat memberships at over 30 price points. For a breakdown of what each option offers (think: location and amenities), check out this detailed list of FAQs.
