Whether you’re out on the town listening to live music or frequenting a new cocktail bar with friends, scouring the menu for alcohol-free selections can be a daunting task.

Keep your gin up and bookmark this guide for 50+ options in Nashville — including mocktails, non-alcoholic wines and brews, and even a few of bottle shops.

The midday move

The Hampton Social, 201 1st Ave. S. | This downtown social club offers rotating seasonal zero-proof cocktails year-round. Right now, you can order The Lighthouse (Sicilian lemonade and rosemary), Gingerly Thymed (ginger beer, thyme, orange, and lime), and Pom & Pepper (non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, pomegranate, black pepper, and lime).

Jasper’s, 1918 West End Ave. | Explore the “I’m Not Drinking Today” menu for a variety of handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails, specialty sodas, and growing list of non-alcoholic beers. Editor’s pick: Blackberry Beret (blackberry basil, lime, ginger beer, and soda).

This is the only kind of Left On Read we want to experience.

Hotel hangs

White Limozeen, 101 20th Ave. N. | This pretty in pink bar atop the Graduate Nashville just picked up Prima Pave non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, Casamara Italian non-alcoholic sodas, and is featuring a few new mocktails as well. Try this: Left on Read (blood orange puree, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and egg white).

Eddie Ate Dynamite, 1810 Broadway | Hotel Fraye’s elevated rooftop bar has an entire zero-proof menu featuring wine, beer, and five mocktail libations like the No Come Down (Seedlip Spice 94, espresso, demerara). Try this: Two CBD and THC-infused sips.

Night out on the town

Carne Mare, 300 12th Ave. S. | The Italian chophouse from Chef Andrew Carmellini highlights a “Not-Tails” non-alcoholic program with the popular Faux Daisy (Aplós Arise, lime, agave, and orange bitters).

The Iberian Pig, 607 Overton St. | Order Spanish tapas over the Coffee Date (cold brew, date demerara, and cream) or April Come, She Will (hibiscus, basil, lime, and rose).

Blind Barber, 606 8th Ave. S. | Head to the Backroom for a Sweet Tropics (pineapple, strawberry, lime, and mint) or The Refresher (grapefruit, ginger, lime, and soda water).
