If you’re looking to shake up the work-from-home (or coffee shop) routine, there’s a new coworking option on the scene. Enter: The Malin Wedgewood Houston.
The new 16,000-sqft coworking facility is housed on the second floor of Nashville Warehouse Co. — located at the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street. This is The Malin’s first and largest location outside of New York.

Working there
Members have access to amenities like library space for silent work, soundproof phone booths, and complimentary printing. Here are the membership options:
Day Pass, $50 per day — Access to communal workspace and onsite amenities
Access, $395 per month — Use of the communal workspace, plus access to all onsite amenities and member perks
Dedicated Desk, $750 per month — Your own desk with built-in power and lockable storage (includes after-hours access)
Private office — Upon request
The Malin also offers bookable spaces that vary in size and price. These areas, which are available to both members and non-members, include two libraries, one board room, a listening room/podcast studio, a screening space, and three traditional meeting rooms.

City Editor Skylar here. It’s not easy getting five 20-somethings in one place. So when my close friends were all free on the same day, it was time to put our plans in drive. Enter: Signature Transportation Services — a chauffeured transportation company that mapped out our adventure for us.
