City Editor Skylar here, and I’m especially looking forward to Light the Nations. The 7th annual event returns to 51st Avenue on Saturday, Oct. 21 (2-10 p.m.) with a stacked entertainment lineup, over 30 local vendors (like gold + ivy, TNT Goods, and Made in Glass), food trucks (hello Bad Luck Burger Club, Bondi Bowls, and more) + various other family-friendly activities. If you need us, we’ll be cheering on the pups at the Glow in the Dark Pet Parade at 7 p.m.
