Today is Nashville’s unofficial holiday — 615 Day — and with that comes a number of deals and celebrations to share your Nashvillian pride.
Deals + donations
Fifth + Broadway is a hub for several 615 Day promotions, beginning with $6.15 parking for residents from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (show your ID at the Music City Shop to validate).
Plus, visit Nash Collection (20% off total in-store purchase), the Music City Shop ($6.15 from select Project 615 attire donated to W.O. Smith Music School), and Hattie B’s (10% of sales will benefit four local organizations). Cap off a day of shopping with $6.15 drink specials at Assembly Food Hall.
It wouldn’t be 615 Day without celebrating with other Nashvillians. Enjoy live music, vendors, trivia, and installations at 100 Taylor (6-10 p.m.), head to the ballpark to see the Nashville Sounds play in special jerseys, and stop by TailGate Brewery Germantown’s 615 Day-themed anniversary party for new releases + merch giveaways.
Bonus: Keep the 615 Day fun going into the weekend with a block party before Saturday’s Nashville Sounds game. There will be live music, inflatables, balloon artists, food trucks, hair braiding, and more from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Can’t get away for the day? Tune into Lightning 100 for in-studio performances by local artists.

The Ally 400 returns to Nashville Superspeedway for the third consecutive year next weekend as part of NASCAR’s 2023 Cup Series.
This race is the Sunday main event of a full race weekend that includes the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Rackley Roofing 200 (Friday, June 23) and the NASCAR XFINITY Series Tennessee Lottery 250 (Saturday, June 24).
Check out all ticket options, including a weekend package, kid’s tickets, and premium options. A $75 pre-race track pass offers stage-front access for the Parker McCollum concert and driver introductions.
Of course, it wouldn’t be race weekend without tailgating. Keep these tips in mind:
Bring only what can fit in your car (no trailers allowed). This includes portable grills, share tends, coolers, and other essentials.
All tailgating accessories must be put up and secured before heading over to the track.
Bookmark the full schedule for driver Q+As, stunt shows, and race start times.
I know the “What’s your favorite Pop-Tarts flavor?” debate can get pretty intense, but if you love Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon, you’re in luck. A new Jeni’s ice cream flavor inspired by the breakfast treat arrives in scoop shops on Thursday, June 22.
