Beep, beep. Tesla has plans to open a flagship store in Cool Springs this year. The nearly 60,000-sqft facility (300 Shingle Way) is owned by TriOut Advisory Group and will offer a vehicle gallery, service center, and Superchargers.
Yaki House is a new Thai restaurant coming to Midtown — 2422 Elliston Pl. — in the former Tiff’s Treats space. The fast-casual restaurant will serve chicken-focused dishes. Stay tuned for the opening date. (Nashville Post)
Gourmet dessert truck Black Box Ice Cream is set to open a brick-and-mortar in Smyrna this spring. The truck will still operate, but expect twice the flavors at the shop — ube, banana pudding, and strawberry cake batter, to name a few. 🍦
Arts
Nashville International Airport’s rotating art exhibit “Flying Solo” has some fresh pieces. The winter installment features works by three Tennessee artists and collectives, including Donna Woodley, JoEl Levy LoGiudice, and Tennessee Craft Midstate. The exhibit is open through Monday, March 27.

See the items appraised at Antiques Roadshow’s Nashville stop

“Antiques Roadshow” visited Nashville last May to tape three one-hour episodes. Over 2,000 guests lined up at Cheekwood to have their antiques and collectibles appraised.
Now it’s time to see the worth of their antiques, art, and heirlooms. The episodes will air Mondays at 7 p.m. on PBS on Feb. 13, Feb. 20, and March 13.
Highlights from the three Cheekwood hours include:
Art deco diamond, sapphire, and pearl necklace
Marilyn Monroe signed autograph
1986-1987 Michael Jordan basketball cards and sticker
1880 Celia Thaxter hand-painted vase
1964 Presidential Rolex with the box and papers
