Take a trip to “The Dark Side of the Moon” with The Australian Pink Floyd Show. The cover band is coming to FirstBank Amphitheater on Sunday, Sept. 3 and will perform the 1973 album in its entirety. Tickets go on sale Friday.

The Nashville Predators signed forward Cole Smith to a one-year, $775,000 contract for the 2023-2024 season. The 27-year-old player, who made his league debut with Nashville in 2020, has recorded 11 points in 42 games this season.

All aboard the trolley. The Civic Design Center is hosting an architecture tour with stops in downtown, North Nashville, and Edgehill on Saturday, Feb. 25. The tour will focus on the architecture of McKissack & McKissack and include gallery admission to the Frist Art Museum. 🚎

The Grand Ole Opry raised the curtain on a brand new set on Saturday — marking the show’s first major set change in over 20 years.
The $4 million renovation includes a new barn with lighting elements, a halo lighting effect for the “The Circle,” and new audio and video capabilities.
The first Saturday Night Opry show with the new stage featured a cast of Jon Pardi, The Oak Ridge Boys, Kat and Alex, Don Schlitz, The War and Treaty, Ricky Skaggs, and Mark Wills. The cast opened the show with “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” to unveil the new stage.
