To go or not to go... is that even a question? The 36th annual Summer Shakespeare is back — Thursdays through Sundays from Aug. 29 to Sept. 22 at The Yard at oneC1TY (plus, Monday, Sept. 2 for Labor Day).

This year’s production is sure to bring the crowd, so here are our pro tips for making the most of your experience.

Overarching concept

Director Cammy Harris’ interpretation of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy “As You Like It” will follow “a group of musicians, poets, and other colorful characters as they compose the world they want to live in and create a brand new sound along the way.”

Beyond the production

Vendors open and the Insight Lecture Series starts on the terrace at 5:30 p.m. Secure your snacks + drinks from the food trucks and then find your seat.

Pre-show entertainment, beginning with Inversion Vocal Ensemble on Aug. 29, kicks off at 6 p.m. each evening and features local and regional talent before the play at 7 p.m. See the full lineup.
