It’s a new year, and that means new developments are wrapping up construction around Music City, from hotels in the downtown core to mixed-use spaces in the Gulch, 12 South, and beyond. We’ve rounded up a few projects slated for completion in 2024.

Mixed use
Ashwood 12 South , 2212 12th Ave. S.
The development is situated at the north end of the 12 South shopping district and will offer ~117,000 sqft of retail and office space. While we await future tenant announcements, plan to dine at restaurants like Two Hands and Sushi-san when Ashwood opens in late 2024.
Peabody Union , 30 Peabody St.
The four-building development spans 4.6 acres and is anchored by a 27-story office and residential tower. Overall, Peabody Union will have 50,000 sqft of retail space, 250,000 sqft of Class-A office space, and a river overlook with a pedestrian pathway along the water.
Society Nashville , 915 Division St.
Arriving in the Gulch later this year, the residential tower will feature 502 units, 82,000 sqft of retail space, and a parking garage + a pool, fitness space, coworking area, and other amenities.
Hotels
Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal , 2 Terminal Dr.
Nashville International Airport’s first on-site hotel is nearing completion, with reservations open beginning March 17. Guests will have access to a rooftop pool and lobby-level restaurant Aviators. A pedestrian bridge connects the hotel to the airport.
Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown , 127 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.
The Hilton property rises 16 stories with multiple dining options , 10,000 sqft of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, a fitness center, outdoor pool and bar, event lawn, and sky lobby on the 5th floor. The 306-room hotel is accepting reservations for Feb. 15 and later. Bonus: A second Tempo by Hilton property broke ground in Midtown last year.
Residential
Modera McGavock , 1212 McGavock St.
First move-ins are anticipated in late 2024 for this 396-unit building with apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms. Multifamily real estate company Mill Creek Residential broke ground on the 29-story apartment in August 2022.
Prime , 805 Church St.
Located near Nashville Yards, this mixed-use, 38-story building will house ~350 residential units, multiple retail spaces, a 511-space parking garage. Plus, look out for the pool, lounge, and fitness center on the building’s 11th floor. It’s expected to open in summer 2024.
900 at Cleveland Park , 900 Dickerson Pk.
The 256-unit development, located on the border of East Nashville’s Cleveland Park neighborhood, is on track to open in summer 2024.
