A new mixed-use development — 12 South Collection — is bringing nine fashion-focused shops and two restaurants to 2803 12th Ave. S.
No need to delay, as these four retailers are already open:
- PAIGE | Premium denim and apparel
- Lele Sadoughi | Headbands and accessories
- La Vie Style House | Clothing
- Rag & Bone | Clothing
The development’s lineup will also include clothing boutiques Hero, Alice and Olivia, and Jenni Kayne, along with Mejuri (jewelry) and Oliver Peoples (sunglasses and eyeglasses). Those businesses will open between now and early next year. Pro tip: Keep an eye on social media for individual grand openings.
Nashville foodies, on the other hand, will have to wait awhile longer for the food and beverage concepts. The to-be-named restaurants are slated to open in the third quarter of 2024.
