House hunting? There’s nothing that would ease the stress of moving more than winning a brand new, fully-furnished home.
Well, don’t call the movers just yet. HGTV has selected Nashville for its 2022 Urban Oasis, and one lucky winner will receive a new home, a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and $50,000 — a prize valued at $1.3 million.
The modern, two-story house is 2,500 sqft with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half baths. The space features contemporary architecture with nods to Nashville and country music throughout the home (think: instruments on the wall + a custom neon sign paying homage to Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and other artists).
The home features artwork inspired by country music legends, including this neon centerpiece.

The house — situated minutes from downtown in West Nashville — was designed by local architect Turner Binkley + constructed by local builder Mitchell Builders Group, with interior design by HGTV’s Brian Patrick Flynn. According to Flynn, the idea was to “embody the history of musical legends as well as showcase the modern representation and diversity that the city is known for.”
Some notable mentions include:
Two-story finished garage with a jam studio + lounge space
Expansive kitchen with an island and banquette seating
Backyard with a large outdoor dining area for entertaining
You can enter for a chance to win this home on HGTV’s website beginning on Tues., Oct. 4 (entries are accepted twice per day). The deadline to enter is 5 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 23.
