• Sunset Music Colosseum on the River — a $40 million music venue coming to Murfreesboro — will be located near Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern will offer upscale casual dining on-site at the 4,500-seat venue + Boot Barn Hall will house indoor entertainment. 🎵 (The Tennessean)
• Construction has begun on the $123 million 445 Park Commons. The six-story mixed-use development at 445 Benton Ave. will offer 335 units, with 120 of those reserved for individuals earning 60% or below median income. The ground floor will house retail with a space dedicated to makers and artisans. (Nashville Post)

• Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is coming to downtown Nashville. The restaurant — at 211 Commerce St. — is known for its CrazyShake® milkshakes. ~20% of every menu is specific to every Black Tap location. Patrons can anticipate an opening date sometime in November. (The Tennessean)

• The Tennessee Titans have released their preseason schedule. Nissan Stadium will host two preseason games Sat., Aug. 20 (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) + Sat., Aug. 27 (Arizona Cardinals). Regular season kicks off Sun., Sept. 11 at home against the New York Giants. 🏈 (WZTV)

• “The Judds: The Final Tour” will proceed as scheduled, according to Wynonna Judd.
